Meet Kristy
Hello, Wonderer/Wanderer! I am Kristy Belton, your guide on this on this journey of remembrance. I work and play at the intersection of creativity, nature and spirituality and love to weave these elements into a cohesive experience where you can encounter the everyday sacred.
As a rewilding guide, writer, yogi, and creativity coach, I create spaces for you to discover the answers you already hold. I help you remember who you are and where life is calling you to bring your fullness and beauty.
Thine Self brings together so many things I love: creativity, connection, and the delight of what becomes possible when we make room to truly meet ourselves. I am honored to share this day with you.
Got Questions? I’ve Got Answers
Have other questions?
-
No previous experience in any type of modality is needed. Thine Self is an invitation to explore, listen, and create in your own way. You don’t need to be an artist, a meditator, or have any particular spiritual beliefs.
-
You will be invited to participate in some breath work (“pranayama”) as a means of centering. No physical yoga poses will be included in the day. The yoga mats are available for resting on during the sound therapy (singing bowls) portion of the retreat.
-
Weather permitting, we'll spend up to 30 minutes outdoors, engaging our senses, moving energy, and connecting with the land. This time offers an opportunity to slow down, step outside familiar ways of thinking, and become receptive to the insights that can emerge through our bodies and our relationship with the living world. Please dress for the January weather so you can be comfortable outdoors.
-
Sharing is an invitation, not a requirement to disclose anything personal. You'll be encouraged to participate in ways that feel right for you, and you can choose what you wish to share. The intention is to create a welcoming space for reflection, creativity, and mutual respect.

Come As You Are
You don’t need to arrive with answers or a plan for who you’ll become in the year ahead. Simply bring your wonder, a willingness to listen to the voice within, and an openness to encountering the everyday sacred.
I can’t wait to share this day of reflection, creativity, and connection with you.
