Past Events
In addition to guiding Writing W.I.L.D., forest therapy and rewilded yoga practices, I facilitate createshops. Past createshops have encompassed making vision calendars, restoryation exercises (where we create new stories for and about ourselves), as well as custom events like bridal showers and seasonal celebrations.
I also speak on many themes at the intersection of creativity, nature and living a life “lit up.”
Past clients have included corporate, nonprofit and educational institutions, as well as private sector groups and individuals.
